Package not arrived?
We provide tracking numbers to allow you to follow your order progress until its arrival at your door. If for any reason you have not received your tracking number please message us on our WhatApp hotline. If you missed the delivery you may call the shipping company used on the tracking details and schedule a redelivery with them.
Wide Pharmacy has a written complaints policy and procedures. We aim to acknowledge all formal written complaints within two working days of receiving them and to respond to all formal written complaints within five working days of receiving them.

For reasons of safety, we cannot allow medicines to be returned once they have left the pharmacy. The pharmacy is not able to use returned medicines, so we are not able to process any refund on medication. If you have unwanted medicine, please contact our pharmacy team and we can arrange for you to safely send the medication back to us for disposal.
